Note: Refunds are not available for any other reasons outside of those stated above.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:   
- Partial Use of Subscription: No refunds will be given for partially used or unused portions of a subscription.   
- Violation of Terms of Service: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.   
- Voluntary Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription after the refund eligibility period, your payment will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation Policy   
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.   
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and can be canceled at any time. However, refunds for annual subscriptions may only be available within the first 14 days of the initial payment.
