End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User") and Nembang Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of Sales Drive Pro ("the Software" or "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant
Sales Drive Pro is licensed, not sold, to you by Nembang Enterprise LLC. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Sales Drive Pro for your internal business purposes.

2. License Restrictions
You agree not to:
-Modify or Derive: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of Sales Drive Pro.
-Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the Software, except as allowed by applicable law.
-Redistribute or Transfer: Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to use the Software to any third party.
-Unauthorized Use: Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Sales Drive Pro and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of Nembang Enterprise LLC or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to Sales Drive Pro or any related intellectual property.

4. Data Collection and Privacy
By using Sales Drive Pro, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal data. We collect information to provide and improve our services. If you do not agree to our data collection practices, you may not use the Software.

5. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates, upgrades, or patches to Sales Drive Pro to enhance or improve the Service. These updates may be applied automatically without notice and are subject to the terms of this EULA. Nembang Enterprise LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time without liability to you.

6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Sales Drive Pro and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sales Drive Pro is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. Nembang Enterprise LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Sales Drive Pro will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nembang Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use Sales Drive Pro, including any loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law
This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cumberland, PA for any disputes arising from or related to this EULA.10. Entire AgreementThis EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nembang Enterprise LLC regarding the use of Sales Drive Pro and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications.
